Edgy

I set out to write something provocative and edgy this morning.

Somewhere along the way it turned to mush.

I’ve never had an edge, so it’s not like I lost it.

Instead, I need to find one.

Wanted: the edge I never had.

Assuming: it comes with the courage to use it.
